Job role: Multi Skilled Engineer (Food Manufacturing)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned maintenance and attend to breakdowns to minimise downtime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
• Optimise equipment performance and support process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and manage spare parts inventory.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance efficiency and resolve technical issues.
• Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Support audits and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Provide technical support, operator training, and out-of-hours assistance.
• Contribute to sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.

About You:

• Proven experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in a similar engineering role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• A team player who is also capable of working independently.
